Prototyping and production process
1. Consulting and planning: in-depth analysis of the brand concept, silhouettes and technical requirements.
2. Pattern development: creation of high-precision patterns.
3. Creation of basic blocks: development of initial patterns for a precise fit and compliance with the design concept.
4. Grading and optimisation: proportional scaling of patterns for different sizes.
5. Material selection and testing: selection of premium fabrics and testing of their quality, wear resistance and elasticity.
6. Prototype creation: production of test samples for fitting and fit evaluation.
7. Adjustments: making changes based on fittings and feedback.
8. Tech Pack creation: detailed technical documentation, including cutting maps, gradations, and sewing instructions.
9. Serial production: step-by-step sewing using AQL quality control.
10. Final presentation: ironing, branding and packaging of products for showrooms or runway shows.
