Production Manager
The key link between the customer and production. Ensures organisation, control and support.

The main functions of the manager:
• Control of materials
Checking the sufficiency, quality and suitability of materials before launching into production. Tracking balances and planning needs.
• Assistance in procurement
Selection of suppliers, recommendations on materials and accessories, focus on optimal prices and quality. If necessary, full support for procurement.
• Production planning and coordination
Organising schedules, monitoring deadlines, setting tasks for specialists, ensuring a smooth process.
• Support for pattern and sample creation
Communication between the designer, technologist and client, coordination of corrections, quality control at each stage.
• Communication with the client
Regular reports, photo/video updates, coordination of details and decisions during production.

Designer
Develops patterns, shapes the product design and ensures a good fit. It is the designer who is responsible for the accuracy, scalability and manufacturability of batch production.

Technologist
Creates a technological map, determines the optimal sequence of operations and controls the compliance of the sample with standards. The technologist ensures the stable quality of each batch and the efficiency of the process.

Cutter
Responsible for the accurate cutting of fabrics according to patterns, the economical use of materials and the preparation of parts for further sewing.

Seamstress
Works on complex assemblies, performs individual fitting to the figure, and is responsible for the accuracy of the sample. The seamstress works with a high level of complexity, refining the details of the product to perfection.

Quality control inspector
Performs multi-level quality control at all stages of production: from the sample to the finished batch. The inspector ensures that the products comply with technical requirements, patterns and factory standards.

Seamstresses
They sew products in stages or in a full cycle, depending on the complexity of the model and the quantity in the batch. The team of seamstresses has experience working with different groups of fabrics, finishes, and models.
