umovaGeneral provisions
▸ The manufacturer provides services for pattern development, sample sewing and serial sewing of clothing.
▸ Cooperation is carried out under the terms of this offer and/or a separate agreement.

Pattern development
▸ Patterns are developed based on a sketch, photo or finished product.
▸ The cost of patterns is determined individually before starting work, depending on the complexity of the model, and is paid in full in advance.
▸ Grading is paid separately.
▸ Patterns are developed exclusively on the condition of subsequent batch sewing, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
▸ Production can work with the Customer's ready-made patterns.

Patterns and intellectual property
▸ Patterns, grading and technical documentation developed by the Contractor are objects of intellectual property.
▸ The parties undertake to maintain confidentiality regarding all materials and technical solutions within the scope of cooperation.

Pricing policy — cost estimate for sewing
▸ The cost of sewing products is calculated individually for each model after receiving the technical specifications. A preliminary estimate is made based on a photo or reference and is approximate and may be adjusted after sewing a sample, but usually does not exceed the preliminary estimate.
▸ The final price is determined taking into account the complexity of the product, the type of fabric, the type of interior finish, the level of detail, the sewing technology and the total number of products in the batch.
▸ The cost of sewing is fixed after the sample is approved and does not change during the execution of the agreed batch.
▸ In the event of changes in design, materials or technology after the sample has been approved, the cost is subject to recalculation by agreement of the parties.

Sample sewing
▸ Sample sewing includes all necessary fittings, adjustments to the product and patterns, final assembly and approval.
▸ The cost of sewing a sample is double the cost of sewing a product in a batch + 100%.
The cost includes all types of work.
▸ Significant changes in the design of the sample that differ from the original reference are paid separately.
▸ After approval of the sample, type of processing and number of products in the batch, the cost of sewing a unit and the terms of execution of the batch are fixed.

Once the customer has approved the sample and collected it from production, the model is considered agreed and completed.
In this status, the sample moves from the ‘production stage’ category to the finished product category.
• Any additional changes are not included in the cost of the initial development.
• All work is considered as new design corrections or product repairs, depending on the nature of the CHANGES.
• Payment for the sample is made after its manufacture and approval.

Batch sewing
▸ Small batch — from 10 units of one model. Full sewing cycle.
▸ Batch — from 100 units of one model. Sewing batches of one model using a step-by-step production system.
▸ The cost of sewing a product in a batch is fixed after the sample is approved, taking into account the technical specifications of the type of processing and the total number of products.
▸ The batch is launched subject to a signed contract, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

Terms
▸ Pattern development — up to 3 working days from the agreed start date, provided that the full technical specifications and prepayment are available.
▸ Sample sewing — up to 5 working days after the patterns are ready and all materials and accessories are complete.
▸ Sample adjustment (if necessary) — within 2–3 working days, depending on the scope of changes.
▸ Serial sewing — terms are determined individually after approval of the sample, batch size and production format (full cycle or step-by-step sewing).
▸ The deadlines start from the moment all agreed conditions are met: sample approval, availability of materials, accessories and fulfilment of financial obligations.
